Sacramento Waldorf School presents the 2015 Black & White Ball Auction & Dinner at the beautiful Lions Gate Hotel at McClellan Park. A Magical Masquerade is the backdrop for this elegant adults-only evening. You will be treated to an orchestral quartet, featuring Jacob Hosler and Nathan Sutter, as you enjoy appetizers, mystical entertainment, and a no-host bar on the outdoor patio, all while conveniently using your smartphone to bid on a wide range of desirable Silent Auction Items. Golden Tickets will also be available for purchase and this year’s winner will receive a $1000 credit towards 2015/2016 SWS tuition! The plated dinner will be served in the ballroom and feature locally sourced fare (a vegetarian option is also available at ticket purchase). An opportunity to purchase a special wine to compliment your meal has also been arranged.
After dinner, local celebrity auctioneer, Dave Bender (CBS Sacramento Weatherman) will open the bidding with the Dessert Auction and build to our Live Auction featuring trips to Hawaii, Tahoe, Carmel, and more. At the conclusion of this year’s Fund-An-Item, “Lets Raise the Roofs,” guests are invited to kick-up their heels on the patio’s wooden dance floor and dance under the stars to professional DJ music.
Dressing in mask is encouraged but not required. To purchase tickets or a table, click on the Buy Tickets tab above.
