Donate an Auction Item

When selecting auction items to donate, consider offering luxury experiences such as a private chef dinner or weekend getaway, signed memorabilia, artwork, high-end gift baskets, or tickets to exclusive events like concerts and sporting events. Personalized services, such as car detailing or a spa day, as well as unique handcrafted items, are also very popular! Auction Categories include:

The following form must be filled out for us to properly and adequately catalogue, promote, and acknowledge your donation!

Please describe the item completely. Include what it is, what it’s like (size, materials, color), what’s wonderful about it, and any limitations, i.e., dates/restrictions. Include location and full address if different from Donor’s address. 

Item Donation Deadline is Monday, March 3rd, 2025.
