A Day of Watersports on Lake Combie
Spend a fun day of wakeboarding and tubing on Lake Combie, Meadow Vista with SWS 9th graders, Mark Foreman and Beau Null. Mark's dad, Dan Foreman, will captain the ski boat and Margaret Foreman and Maggie Null will provide lunch on the lounging pontoon boat. Lake Combie is a two and a half mile long, 1/2 mile wide lake on the Bear River, 7 miles east of Auburn. It is surrounded by private property making it a very quiet lake also suitable for kayaking. The boats are conveniently docked at the Foreman's house. Wakeboards and tubes provided if needed. Limited to 4 people, expires Labor Day 2010.

You will enjoy an excellent coursed menu paired with the finest and most elegant varietals from southern Côtes-du-Rhône region and various Provençal appellations. White Rose Kindergarten -Queen Bee Puppets and Performance
Beautiful, homemade, charming puppets depicting the Grimm's fairy tale "The Queen Bee" plus silks, stones and wooden pieces for a lovely puppet play. The story (ant hill, duck pond, and bee's nest) is offered in person by a White Rose Kindergarten teacher at the winner's home at an agreed upon date! Puppets include three king's sons, king, queen, little grey man, three princesses, ants, ducks, bee, "stone" horses. All characters can easily fit into child's play. What a memorable birthday present and party! Priceless.
