You will have the option to participate in the crushing of the grapes (no feet involved), the pressing off of the wine after fermentation is complete, the 'racking' of the wine as it is barrel aged. You get to pick the part of Sacramento City, and shift (swing, day or graveyard) that works for you. Of course, you must have a clean DMV record and no outstanding warrants!
