Artsy Kids
From A Toy Garden: a wonderful woven Bolga basket filled with art goodies: eco play dough; multicolored beeswax candle-making kit; three balls of finger-knitting yarn; and eco kids egg dying kit.
One month of art classes at the Creative Art and Music Center in Granite Bay for children between the ages of three and 16. Did you know the Art Center is green? They use watercolor paints derived from plant extracts, non-toxic acrylics, and an all-natural red clay.
Next, a place to appreciate art: two Family Passes valid April and May 2011 to the Crocker Art Museum, a museum dedicated to promoting an awareness of and enthusiasm for human experience through art.
